The spacious, light-filled greenhouses are home to over 1,500 citrus trees, representing around 270 different varieties. Finger limes, pink pomelos, yuzu, kaffir limes, faustrimes, bergamots… a dazzling array of flavourful treasures from across the globe, all cultivated using organic and biodynamic farming methods
