Europe’s Largest Citrus Collection.

A unique Swiss heritage featuring over 270 rare and exotic citrus varieties.

Citrus Fruit Selector

The planet is full of wonderfully diverse and original citrus varieties. We bring you these new flavours only after thoroughly testing them — sometimes over several years. Through our work and agronomic expertise, we strive to reveal the original terroir of the selected fruit varieties.

Flavour Hunter

Beyond citrus fruits, we also strive to cultivate other natural wonders such as ginger, turmeric, melons, watermelons, and ancient or forgotten fruit varieties from distant lands. Each of these treasures must possess a true organoleptic personality, far removed from industrial standards.

Experimental Agriculture

Growing citrus fruits outside the Mediterranean basin requires a certain level of technical expertise. After an acclimatisation phase, our fruit trees are cultivated and maintained in greenhouses that are only lightly heated — just enough to prevent frost. Some citrus varieties are hardy enough to be grown directly in the ground, opening up a wide range of possibilities for future development.

Ecology

Our crops are certified organic, and we strive to recreate balanced ecosystems between flora and fauna, with maximum biodiversity, applying the principles of permaculture. Our various orchards and outdoor spaces allow us to explore a range of cultivation techniques — both ancestral and modern — always with deep respect for nature.

The Collection is home to a truly unique array of more than 1,500 citrus trees, representing around 270 different varieties. This exceptional diversity reflects a deep passion for these extraordinary fruits and a strong commitment to preserving the richness of plant biodiversity.

Among the farm’s treasures are rare and exotic citrus fruits from all corners of the globe:

  • Finger Limes: This small Australian citrus stands out with its bumpy skin and black pearls that burst in the mouth with tangy, lemony flavours.
  • Yuzu: Native to Japan, this bright yellow fruit has a captivating aroma reminiscent of lemon, grapefruit, and mandarin. Its thick, rough skin hides juicy, flavourful flesh.
  • Kaffir Lime: This green citrus from Réunion Island is a staple in Thai and Creole cuisine. Its intense, lemony aroma beautifully enhances curries, stir-fries, and salads.
  • Chinese Pomelo: A giant fruit from Southeast Asia, it can weigh up to 10 kilos! Its sweet pink flesh is a refreshing delight, though its flavour is quite pronounced.
  • Meyer Lemon: A hybrid between a lemon and a mandarin, this citrus is known for its orange-yellow colour and mildly sweet, tangy taste — perfect for flavouring dishes and desserts.

Each citrus variety has its own unique characteristics in terms of shape, colour, aroma, and taste.
