IGP VAUCLUSE – BIO
The White Boussicaux is crafted from an exceptional terroir of clay marl soils. Following a rigorous selection and precise ageing process, this medium-ageing fruity wine (6 to 8 years) reveals remarkable richness and a strong personality. It pairs beautifully with fine fish dishes, shellfish, and oysters
Tasting Note by Jancis Robinson Author and wine critic, voted “World’s Best Wine Critic 2024”
“This is a truly exciting Sauvignon – not at all what one expects from the Vaucluse. It’s spiced with apricots and fleeting hints of tarragon, infused with vanilla. There’s a sense of overflowing power and energy, yet also restraint. It evolves into the tropical richness of papaya and a silky sensuality, then straightens into a taut, silvery finish as precise as an arrow. Then comes the pepper. A very impressive wine!”
