Mimesis is the flagship red wine of Domaine Perréal, born from a unique terroir at the locality known as Les Boussicaux. It is predominantly composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, the true backbone of this wine, complemented by the estate’s oldest Syrah and Grenache Noir vines. This long-ageing wine perfectly conveys the energy and strength of Perréal’s terroir. It pairs beautifully with slow-cooked and/or spiced meats, game, and cheeses.
