Fruit Characteristics:
Resembles a small green or yellow mandarin with a thick, rough skin.
Highly fragrant aroma with notes of mandarin, lemongrass, and grapefruit.
Tangy and refreshing flavour with a slight bitterness.
Care Instructions:
The soil simply needs to remain moist. If the tree is kept in a pot, it is recommended to add special citrus fertiliser diluted in watering once a month.
The Yuzu tree thrives in neutral soil and a sunny location. A semi-shaded spot is ideal.
Pruning should be done in April. Mainly cut dead or poorly positioned branches.
