The Jas Red comes from parcels in the locality known as Le Jas, on the western side of the estate, and is composed mainly of Syrah. This cuvée has a medium ageing potential of 7 to 10 years. It embodies the spirit of a generous Southern Rhône wine and pairs perfectly with red meat dishes and slow-cooked poultry.

“Fine and subtle, the bouquet of Le Jas reveals nuances of black pepper, blackcurrant, and garrigue. The freshness announced by the bouquet is well reflected on the palate. The wine has breadth thanks to its velvety tannins. Freshness returns on the finish through a juicy acidic structure that highlights the fruity expression of the finale. An elegant and savoury wine.”

“The fruit is rich and tinged with youth, the tannins have a supple leather texture, the core is a handful of kernels, and the finish is fresh and infused with dried thyme, sage, and rosemary. You can feel Ventoux in every molecule.”
